Hi, I’m Darcey Peindl, and I am a birth doula. I serve families in the South Bay, Long Beach, and greater Los Angeles area.
I have a young daughter, and after having a home birth with an amazing midwife, I felt a calling to help other women have the experience they desired during their labor and birthing process. I was trained by DONA International at 2 months postpartum in 2023. At the very first birth I supported, my suspicions that I had found my purpose were confirmed. I love meeting with families, educating them on the birth process, and letting them educate me on how they can be best supported. Being with them physically, emotionally, and spiritually during their labor and delivery is always such an honor.
When I am not supporting families in labor, I enjoy spending time with my own family and being silly with my daughter, connecting to nature, especially the ocean, and having a glass of wine with my friends.
